Rebate Terms and Conditions
Marketing rebate offers are available on certain qualifying products and services. Marketing rebates are not offered on all products or services. New or additional product or service purchases are required. To qualify for a marketing rebate, customers must have an active membership or subscription account, fully paid any membership and subscription fees through the then current date, and have completed the rebate deposit account registration by providing accurate personal and banking information for rebate deposits. Customers can access specific marketing rebate information in their customer portal online. If any terms and conditions are not met the marketing rebate will be denied. All marketing rebates are paid by electronic deposit to the deposit account registered by the customer. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes. Marketing rebate offers are only valid in the continental US. Marketing rebates are only payable in US Dollars for US Residents. Marketing rebate offers and rebate amounts are subject to change at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses and PO Boxes to obtain rebates may constitute fraud, violate federal or state laws and may result in prosecution, imprisonment and/or fines. Rebates are typically processed within 7 days. Fulfillment of rebates are subject to review and final approval by Company. You may be required to provide documentation in order to qualify for a rebate.
