I need to cancel my membership, now what?
You may cancel your membership with us at any time. Simply call ScrShin.com Customer Service, any day of the week, at (866) 458-2801. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives can be reached between the following business hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST
When calling, be prepared to provide our representative with your Member ID, first & last name, and email/address used to sign up. This will help facilitate the cancellation process. After cancelling your membership there will be no future charges.
Please keep the following information in mind: You may only terminate/cancel your membership by calling a Customer Service Representative. Customers who are California residents, and where otherwise required by law, will have other options for cancelling which are detailed in the customer portal, and can be accessed by signing in to your customer account. Upon cancellation of your membership, we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds.
I accidentally cancelled my membership...how can I get it reactivated?

I’m ready! How do I get started?
That’s fantastic...welcome! After completing the enrollment process you should be instantly redirected to our Client Portal. The ScrShin.com member portal page is where you’ll find your portal dashboard that lets you scroll through all our listed benefits. You can find details, such as your login credentials and additional important information concerning your new membership, in the Welcome email we send every new member.
I can’t find my welcome email
Our system automatically sends out the new member welcome email, to the email address you used when signing-up, within 24 hours. However, sometimes the email can show up in your spam/junk folder so we suggest checking there as well. In fact, try adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of trusted email addresses right after you sign up to ensure you get all our emails right away.
